Motown the Musical Atlanta | Fox Theatre

The Fabulous Fox Theatre revisits the birth of Motown when the hit Broadway musical, Motown the Musical, comes to Atlanta in August 2015. Get ready to relive “the beat of a generation” to the music that became “the soul of a nation.”

The man behind the music of Motown is immortalized in this nostalgic jukebox musical about the life of Berry Gordy. From his beginnings as creator of Motown records, to his romance and marriage to one of his stars, Dianna Ross, and his discovery of numerous talents who changed and shaped the voice of the music industry. Watch and listen to the hits of Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, The Supremes, The Jackson Five, and more R&B and Soul greats in Motown The Musical.

Hum along with the very best of Motown at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlante from August 18 through 23, 2015. Performances will begin at 7:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday; and at 6:30pm on Sunday. Afternoon shows will start at 2:00pm on saturday, and at 1:00pm on Sunday. Motown the Musical has a running time of two hours and forty minutes with one intermission.
