Pippin Sacramento | Community Center Theater

As the old gives way to the new, a high flying and magical new Pippin will amaze Sacramento! Pippin, the high flying and smash hit Broadway musical, joins Broadway Sacramento’s stellar 2015-2016 season. Opening on December 29, 2015, Pippin plays the Community Center Theater until January 3, 2016.

Winner of four Tony Awards in 2013 including Best Musical Revival, Pippin breathes exciting new life to the well-loved Stephen Schwartz classic that is known for many Broadway standards like “Corner of the Sky,” “Love Song,” “Magic To Do,” “No Time At All,” “Glory,” and “Morning Glow.” On a life changing journey to self-discovery, a young prince named Pippin wants to find the meaning of his existence. With sizzling choreography inspired by the original Bob Fosse choreography, Pippin also features breathtaking acrobatics and death defying stunts by Les 7 Doigts de la Main. An eye popping and electrifying extravaganza, Pippin is directed by Diane Paulus.

Be with Pippin in his unforgettable quest to be simply extraordinary as Pippin takes over the Community Center Theater stage nightly at 8 PM on December 29 to January 2 (Tuesday to Saturday). The 2 PM matinee shows are on December 31, January 2, and January 3 (Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday). The run time of Pippin is 2 hours and 35 minutes with one intermission.
