The stage is set for a very special kind of circus, telling the tale of Pippin! The Wharton Center for the Performing Arts is proud to host one of Broadway’s biggest revivals when Pippin, the hit Stephen Schwartz musical, comes to East Lansing in January 2015.

Join the troupe as they bring you magic, acrobatics, and a story full of battles, intrigue, romance, and Glory! This is the tale of Pippin, back on the the stage 40 years after it’s original Broadway debut. This brand new production is a reinvention of the musical which still features Fosse-inspired choreography, married with the stunts and high-flying acrobatics of Les 7 Doigts De La Main. Journey with Pippin in his search to find the meaning in his life.

You’ll find all sorts of magic and games to play with Pippin at the Wharton Center for the Performing Arts in East Lansing. The Tony Award winning musical revival comes to town in January 27 through February 1, 2015. The curtains rise at 7:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday; and at 6:30p on Sunday. Afternoon matinees are scheduled at 2:00pm on Saturday, and 1:00pm on Sunday. The show runs for approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes.
