Pippin Costa Mesa | Segerstrom Hall

Pippin Costa Mesa | Segerstrom Hall

A mysterious performance troupe is on its way to Costa Mesa this fall for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts’ fantastic 2014/15 Broadway season. Pippin, the Tony-winning reincarnation of Stephen Schwartz’s acclaimed classic, has a two-week run at the Segerstrom Hall on November 11 to 24, 2014.

Winner of the 2013 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival, Pippin retells the captivating story of a young prince who wants to discover the meaning of his existence. In his quest, he must decide whether to risk everything for just one flash of glory or be contented with a simple yet happy life. Directed by Diane Paulus, Pippin features Les 7 Doigts De La Main’s awe-inspiring acrobatics, Stephen Schwartz’s brilliant score and book by Roger Hirson.

Don’t miss Pippin as it takes the spotlight at the Segerstrom Hall on weeknights at 7:30 PM (Tuesday to Friday). The weekend shows are at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM on Saturdays and at 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM on Saturdays. Pippin runs for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
