Pippin Baltimore | Hippodrome Theatre

Pippin Baltimore | Hippodrome Theatre

The Stephen Schwartz favorite is coming to Baltimore and you won’t believe what they’ve got in store for you. Pippin hits the Hippodrome Theatre in June 2015.

Various Players fill out the stage and entice you to join them under the big top. They’ve got tricks, stunts, and Magic to Do — all in an effort to tell the tale of Pippin, son of King Charlemagne — who wants nothing more than to find his own purpose — in his own Corner of the Sky.

This critically acclaimed revival of Broadway’s Pippin is musical theatre at it’s finest. The stage is chocked full of performers who dance, do acrobatics, and perform all kinds of amazing stunts that few other shows have dared to try. Inspired by circus performances, this staging of Pippin is one that will be remembered for decades. Performances at Baltimore’s Hippodrome Theatre will run from June 23 through 28, 2015. You can expect the show to run for two hours and thirty-five minutes with a fifteen minute intermission.
