An aspiring and idealistic young playwright needs financial backing for his new drama. Meanwhile, a mobster needs to find a way to make her showgirl girlfriend happy. So, for the playwright’s new show to find its way to the stage, he needs to cast the mobster’s incompetent and talentless girlfriend in one of the lead roles. Choreographed and directed by Susan Stroman and with an all-new book from Woody Allen, Bullets Over Broadway is loaded with colorful characters, big laughs, stunning dance routines, and fantastic songs from the roaring 20s.
