Thirty years after its Broadway premiere, Flashdance is slated to captivate its Indianapolis audience for the very first time this fall! Opening on October 1, 2013, Flashdance The Musical will run at the Clowes Memorial Hall until October 6, 2013 as part of the exciting 2013/14 Broadway in Indianapolis Season.
Flashdance The Musical, the stunning Broadway production show based on the iconic film of the same name, puts dreamer Alex Owens in the spotlight. While working in the Pittsburgh steel mills as a welder and in a nightclub as a dancer, she nurses her lifelong dream of having a respectable professional dance career. However, her newfound romance seems to complicate her dreams and ambitions. Flashdance The Musical boasts of its Grammy-winning soundtrack, unforgettable story, and electrifying choreography.
Don’t miss Flashdance as it plays at the Clowes Memorial Hall on October 1 to 3 (Tuesday to Thursday) at 7:30 PM, on October 4 (Friday) at 8 PM, on October 5 (Saturday) at 2 PM and 8 PM, and on October 6 (Sunday) at 1 PM and 6:30 PM.
