Evita Costa Mesa | Segerstrom Center for the Arts

The beautiful Eva descends on for the 2013-2014 season of Broadway Across America-Orange County. Evita, the Tony Award-winning musical inspired by the extraordinary rag-to-riches life story of Eva Peron, will be at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts from December 10 to 22, 2013.

In Evita, the story of one of the most unforgettable, powerful, and influential Latin American women in the world is told through the beautiful songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. Rising phenomenally from the slums, Eva used her beauty, talents, charisma, and ample smarts to the fullest as she climbed the ladder of social and political power. A young and adored First Lady of Argentina, Eva Duarte Peron has been hailed as the champion of the Argentine masses, the labor movement, and the suffragette movement.

Revisit Argentina as Evita plays at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts nightly at 7:30 PM from Tuesday through Saturday and at 6:30 PM every Sunday, with 2 PM matinees every Saturday and 1 PM matinees every Sunday.
