Evita Cincinnati | Aronoff Center

Evita, the captivating musical from Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, has a two-week run at the Aronoff Center’s Procter & Gamble Hall from February 18, 2014 to March 2, 2014.

Witness the dramatic rise of a fatherless girl from the slums to become Argentina’s most powerful woman. Evita, set in Buenos Aires from 1934 to 1952, is the story of Eva Duarte Peron, wife of then Argentinean President Juan Peron. Adored by her countrymen, Eva used her beauty, charisma, and smarts to pursue her ambitions. However, her frail health got in the way and she eventually succumbed to cancer when she was 33 years old. Evita dazzles with its captivating choreography and boasts of one of the most beautiful musical scores in history.

Evita plays at the Procter & Gamble Hall nightly at 7:30 PM from Tuesday to Thursday, at 8 PM every Friday and Saturday, and at 6:30 PM every Sunday, with matinee shows at 2 PM every Saturday and at 1 PM every Sunday.
