The beautiful Cinderella is coming to Tampa this fall! Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, the acclaimed musical that gives unexpected new twists to a well-loved classic tale, opens the 2014-2015 Broadway Series at The Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Opening on October 21, 2014, Cinderella spreads Broadway magic at the Carol Monsani Hall of The Straz Center until October 26.
In Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, meet a sassier Cinderella and experience her story in a whole new light. In a kingdom on the threshold of a revolution, a young prince is looking for a bride all the while a simple girl lives with her stepsisters and stepmother. As their worlds meet, a beautiful story is born. With its amazing stagecraft, wonderful costumes and sets, and brilliant score, Cinderella will weave its unique kind of Broadway magic on its Tampa audience.
Have a hilarious, romantic, and magical Broadway experience as Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella plays the Carol Monsani Hall on October 21 to 23 (Tuesday to Thursday) at 7:30, on October 24 (Friday) at 8 PM, on October 25 (Saturday) at 2 PM and 8 PM, and on October 26 (Sunday) at 2 PM and 7:30 PM. The running time of Cinderella is 135 minutes.
