One of the most enduring Broadway shows is set to spend the holidays in Washington DC! Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the enchanting musical from Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, will be at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts’ Opera House for three weeks from December 16, 2014 to January 4, 2015.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat retells the Biblical tale of Joseph, his coat of many colors, and his eleven brothers. With impressive direction and choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler (In the Heights, Annie), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat also features Rice and Webber’s unforgettable songs like “Any Dream Will Do,” “Close Every Door,” and “Those Canaan Days.”

Don’t miss the captivating Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Opera House on evenings of Tuesdays through Sundays at 7:30 PM, except on December 31 (Wednesday) when the evening performance is at 8 PM. Aside from the weekend matinees at 1:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, there are also special 1:30 PM matinees on December 24 (Wednesday) and January 1 (Thursday). Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat runs for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
