The Pantages Theatre becomes Eva Peron’s stage when Evita comes to Los Angeles this fall as part of Broadway LA’s 2013-2014 season. Evita, the award-winning and hit musical chronicling the extraordinary life of Eva Duarte Peron, opens on October 23, 2013 and runs in Los Angeles until November 10.
From the slums of her childhood, Eva sought her fortune in the big city and became one of the most popular actresses and models in Buenos Aires. With her beauty and charisma, Eva wed Juan Peron, becoming the adored First Lady of the Argentine Republic at the youthful age of 27. Considered as one of the most powerful and enigmatic women in the history of the world, Eva’s extraordinary story and ambitions are editorialized in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.
Catch the stunning Evita playing at the Pantages Theatre at 8 PM from Tuesday through Friday, at 2 PM and 8 PM every Saturday, and at 1 PM and 6:30 PM every Sunday.
