A mysterious phantom haunts Baltimore! The Phantom of the Opera, Cameron Mackintosh’s stunning and exciting production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s acclaimed and well loved theater classic, is part of the stellar 2015-16 season of CareFirst Hippodrome Broadway Series. Opening on January 27, 2016, The Phantom of the Opera takes over The Hippodrome Theatre stage for fifteen performances only until February 7, 2016.

A spectacular brand new production of a phenomenal theater classic, The Phantom of the Opera is on its much anticipated North American Tour and is all set to captivate its Baltimore audience. With its beloved tale, award winning costume design, and legendary musical score, The Phantom of the Opera is made even bigger, better, and grander than ever before with new staging, special effects, lighting and scenic designs, and choreography. The celebrated score by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Charles Hart, and Richard Stilgoe is performed by the cast with an awesome orchestra of 52. One of the most magnificent and most spectacular productions currently on tour, The Phantom of the Opera is one show Baltimore should not miss!

Experience the magnificence of The Phantom of the Opera as it opens at The Hippodrome Theatre on January 27 (Wednesday) at 8 PM. The regular performances are at 8:00 on Tuesdays to Fridays, at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Saturdays, and at 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM on Sundays. The Phantom of the Opera plays for 150 minutes.
