The music of the night will echo throughout the streets of Norfolk as Cameron Mackintosh’s magnificent Phantom of the Opera ushers in the New Year for Broadway in Norfolk’s exciting 2014 – 2015 season. Phantom of the Opera, the grand new production of the widely loved Andrew Lloyd Webber theater classic, will take the spotlight at the Chrysler Hall for 16 performances from January 8 to 18, 2015.
From its sold out and sensational UK tour and phenomenal Broadway run, Phantom of the Opera embarks on an all new North American tour. Better, bigger, and grander than ever before, Cameron Mackintosh’s Phantom of the Opera boasts amazing special effects, new scenic designs, and fresh choreography. With its legendary musical score performed with an orchestra of 52, this new staging of Phantom of the Opera is the largest and the grandest production that has ever taken to the road.
Experience the breathtaking magnificence of Phantom of the Opera in its grand opening at the Chrysler Hall on January 8 (Thursday). The regular performances are at 7:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, at 2 PM and 7:30 PM on Thursdays, at 8 PM on Fridays, at 2 PM and 8 PM on Saturdays, and at 1 PM and 6:30 PM. Phantom of the Opera runs for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
