Minka Kelly, Susan Sullivan Join Cast of ‘Love, Loss and What I Wore’ Off-Broadway

Susan Sullivan, who is one of the stars of the ABC show “Castle,” and Minka Kelly, who was seen most recently on the NBC show “Parenthood,” will be joining the upcoming casts of Delia and Nora Ephron’s play “Love, Loss, and What I Wore.” The production has been running for two years at Westside Theatre Off-Broadway.

Minka Kelly completes the new cast. They will begin on April 27 and run through May 29. Also included are B. Smith (restaurateur and lifestyle expert), Anne Meara (from “Sex and the City”), AnnaLynne McCord (from “90210”), and Conchata Ferrell (from “Two and a Half Men”).

For the June cast, Sullivan will be joining supermodel Emme and will perform from July 1 to July 3. Announcements for more summer casting will be coming soon.

Included in the current cast are Rumer Willis, Freddi Walker-Browne, Annie Starke, Donna McKechnie and Sonia Manzano. They will be continuing until April 24.

The director of the Delia and Nora Ephron production is Karen Carpenter. It is based on the book by Ilen Beckerman with the same name. It uses accessories, clothing and the memories triggered from them to tell poignant and funny stories that any woman can relate to.

Included in the design team are scenic designer Jo Winiarski, costume designer Jessica Jahn, lighting designer Jeff Croiter, sound designer Walter Trarbach and make-up designer Maria Verel.

The Monday night readings for “Love, Loss, and What I Wore” were also directed by Carpenter this past winter and spring to benefit Dress for Success. Parent of the proceeds out of the current run are also benefiting Dress for Success.
