The ultimate and most popular feel-good show is coming to Detroit this fall for Broadway in Detroit’s 2013/14 season! Opening on November 5, 2013, Mamma Mia! has a 6-day engagement at the Fisher Theatre until November 10. 2013.
Mamma Mia!, the phenomenal and blockbuster musical that has inspired the hit 2008 rom-com musical movie that starred Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried, tells the amusing tale of a single mother, her daughter, three men from her past, and an unforgettable Greek island wedding. Mamma Mia! never fails to dazzle with its sprightly choreography, beautiful costumes and sets, and iconic musical score that overflows with unforgettable ABBA hit songs like S.O.S., Take A Chance On Me, Super Trouper, The Winner Takes It All, I Have A Dream, and, of course, Dancing Queen.
It’s the Detroit audiences’ turn to have the time of their lives as Mamma Mia! plays at the Fisher Theatre on evenings of Tuesday through Sunday, with afternoon performances on Saturday and Sunday.
