After its sold-out run in Minneapolis in 2011, Les Miserables is back – better and more powerful than ever before! The Hennepin Theatre Trust is proud to announce that the phenomenal and record-breaking Les Miserables, a Season Special, is set to officially open Broadway Across America’s 2013-2014 Minneapolis Season this summer. Les Miserables opens on July 30, 2013 and will run at the Orpheum Theatre until August 4, 2013.

Adapted for the stage by Boublil and Schönberg from Victor Hugo’s classic tale, Les Miserables has the distinction of being the longest-running musical production in the world. As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, Cameron Mackintosh takes the helm to offer a spectacularly new staging with stunningly reimagined scenery, magnificent costumes and sets, unforgettable musical score, and powerful performances from the cast.

Don’t miss this grand theatrical production as it plays in Minneapolis this summer. The performances of Les Miserables are at 7:30 PM on July 30 to August 1 (Tuesday to Thursday), at 8 PM on August 2 to 3 (Friday to Saturday), and at 6:30 PM on August 4 (Sunday), with 2 PM and 1 PM matinees on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
