The anniversary production of the phenomenal Les Miserables will be in Baltimore for its week-long run at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center’s Hippodrome Theatre on April 9 to 14, 2013.

Les Miserables, currently the longest-running musical production in the world, is celebrating its 25th year since its Broadway debut in 1987. On its silver anniversary year, aside from the record-breaking 25th anniversary production of this Schönberg and Boublil’s classic from Cameron Mackintosh, the movie version of Les Miserables starring Hugh Jackman, Russel Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, and Anne Hathaway will be seen in theaters this Christmas season. Based on the well-loved novel from Victor Hugo, Les Miserables is the story of Jean Valjean and his life’s journey for redemption.

Catch the sensational Les Miserables performances at the Hippodrome Theatre at 8 PM on April 9 to 13 and at 6:30 PM on April 14. The special weekend matinees are at 2 PM on April 13 (Saturday) and at 1 PM on April 14 (Sunday). The performance running time is 2 hours 50 minutes with 1 intermission.
