How the Grinch Stole Christmas Salt Lake City | Capitol Theatre

The horrible Grinch is on its way to Salt Lake City! How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the delightful stage adaptation of the well-loved Dr. Seuss tale, will be in SLC as part of the Zions Bank Broadway Across America’s 2014-2015 season. Opening on November 18, 2014, How the Grinch Stole Christmas has an eight-show engagement at the Capitol Theatre until November 23.

Narrated by Max the Dog, How the Grinch Stole Christmas takes its Salt Lake City audience to Whoville, the whimsically charming village where the Christmas-loving creatures called The Whos live. Aside from the magnificent sets and inspired costumes based on the original illustrations in Dr. Seuss’ book, How the Grinch Stole Christmas also features delightful songs like “Welcome Christmas” and the classic “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch.”
