Bridges of Madison County, the critically-acclaimed and hit Broadway musical, is part of the Desert Schools Broadway Across America Arizona’s blockbuster 2015-2016 season. Opening on February 16, 2016, Bridges of Madison County has an eight-performance engagement at the ASU Gammage until February 21, 2016.

A two-time Tony Awards winner, Bridges of Madison County casts its magic on its Tempe audience this love month. Widely considered as one of the most romantic love stories ever written, Bridges of Madison County tells the heart-wrenching tale of two people who finds love at the wrong time. Francesca is an ordinary housewife stuck in their farm in the back lanes of Iowa when she meets Robert, a photographer from the National Geographic who wants to photograph the bridges in the area. Their chance encounter leads to a short-lived yet intense love affair that changes both their lives forever. Bridges of Madison County features the soulful and Tony Award winning music of Jason Robert Brown.
