Book of Mormon, Phantom Highlight Dallas 2014-15 Broadway Season

The 2014-2015 Broadway Series at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas has announced its line-up. The 2011 Tony Award winner The Book of Mormon is set to return to Dallas yet again, while a new national tour of The Phantom of the Opera and the national tour of Annie will round out the season. Three shows new to Dallas will join the line-up as well: Newsies, Motown the Musical, and Once.

Doug Curtis, president and CEO of the AT&T Performing Arts Center, shared in a statement that the focus fits in with the center’s mission to bring “the best of Broadway” to Dallas. He went on to say, “So many people told us they weren’t able to get tickets to see the show. We expect a lot of people who did see it will come back as well.”

The schedule for the season is as follows:

August 6-24: The Phantom of the Opera
December 17-28: Once
February 10-22: The Book of Mormon
April 29-May 10: Newsies
June 23-July 5: Annie
July 21-August 9: Motown: the Musical

Five show subscription packages (Book of Mormon is a season special and not part of the package) run from $140 to $1000.
