Wicked Detroit | Fisher Theatre

Wicked, the box office raider and critically acclaimed musical that fascinatingly re-imagines the classic and well-loved tale of The Wizard of Oz, is going to spend the holidays in Detroit! Opening on December 9, 2014, Wicked has a month-long engagement at the Detroit Opera House until January 4, 2015.

Hailed by The New York Times as the decade’s “defining musical,” Wicked is one of the biggest Broadway blockbusters in the history of the Great White Way. With sold-out performances and more than 50 major awards, Wicked is the visually stunning and captivating show that tells the untold tale of the most infamous witch in Oz – the Wicked Witch of the West.

Behold Wicked as it weaves it magic on audiences at the Detroit Opera House on its opening night on December 9 (Tuesday) at 7:30 PM. The regular performances are from Tuesday through Friday are at 7:30 PM, every Saturday at 2 PM and 7:30 PM, and every Sunday at 1 PM and 6:30 PM. Wicked runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes with one 15-minute intermission.
