West Side Story San Antonio | Tobin Center for the Performing Arts

One of the most unforgettable love stories of our time will come alive on Tobin Center stage in San Antonio this fall from November 14 and 15, 2014 with the limited two-performance engagement. West Side Story, the phenomenal and award-winning musical, forever changed musical theater when it premiered more than five decades ago on the Great White Way.

With music by Leonard Bernstein, book by Arthur Laurents, and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, West Side Story is the legendary Broadway musical that tackles powerful and socially relevant themes. Told through the heart-wrenching love story of a star-crossed couple caught in the middle of the escalating gang war violence in New York City’s Upper West Side district during the 1950s, West Side Story has been hailed as the greatest and most unforgettable love story ever told.

West Side Story plays at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts on November 14 (Friday) and on November 15 (Saturday) at 8:00 PM.
