The Addams Family Appleton | Fox Cities Performing Arts Center

A new reboot of ‘The Addams Family’ drops by Fox Cities this upcoming winter season for a week-long run at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center from February 26 to March 3, 2013.

This is the perfect musical to go with the chilly mood of the season. ‘The Addams Family’ may be Broadway’s most macabre clan for they are as cold as death and winter’s snow, but their hilarious antics and meltdowns are a great complement, bringing laughter to spice up the season’s innate melancholia. This new revival of the Charles Addams’ classic features a story that surely keeps up with the changing times – Wednesday Addams has gotten herself a boyfriend, a mortal one that is. And it is this kind of news that is sure to wake her ghoulish family from their comfortable somberness and will have their odd portraits oddly fly off the wall in chaos, sarcastic drama and comedy.

Show times for ‘The Addams Family’ in Appleton are at 7:30 PM from February 26 to March 2 and 6:30 PM on March 3. Matinee performances are at 2 PM on March 2 and 1 PM on March 3. The performance running time is 2 hours 35 minutes with 1 intermission.
