One of Broadway’s longest running musicals is coming to Tempe as part of the 2014/15 Desert Schools Broadway Across America-Arizona series. Cameron Mackintosh’s Phantom of the Opera, the magnificent new production of the beloved Andrew Lloyd Webber classic, will be at the ASU Gammage from May 27 to June 7, 2015.

Bigger and more spectacular than ever, The Phantom of the Opera is one of the biggest and most magnificent Broadway productions of those currently on tour. It features a timeless tale, lush costumes, and an unforgettable score performed with an expansive 52-piece orchestra. This new production also boasts exciting special effects, new lighting and scenic designs, and fresh choreography.

Don’t miss The Phantom of the Opera as it opens at the ASU Gammage on May 27 (Wednesday) at 7:30 PM. The regular performances from Tuesday through Thursday are at 7:30 PM, every Friday at 8 PM, every Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM, and every Sunday at 1 PM and 6:30. A special matinee performance is scheduled at 2 PM on May 28 (Thursday). Phantom of the Opera runs for 2 hours and 40 minutes.
