Once Chicago | Oriental Theatre

Once, the awe-inspiring musical that took home the Best Musical trophy and eight other Tony Awards in 2012, is slated to enchant its Chicago audience this fall! The three-week engagement of Once at the Oriental Theatre from October 9 to 27, 2013 is part of Broadway in Chicago’s 2013 season.

Adapted from the well-loved movie carrying the same title, Once is the story of an Irish street musician and a young Czech emigre bound by their fondness for music. As they work together on the musician’s demo album, their friendship and mutual attraction lead to a deep yet complex relationship. With a talented ensemble of musician/actors who act and play instruments onstage, Once is a breathtaking and emotionally-captivating show that Chicago will love.

The breathtaking performances of Once at the Oriental Theatre are at 7:30 PM from Tuesday to Friday and every Sunday and at 8 PM every Saturday, with regular weekend matinees at 2 PM.
