Sophie’s dream was to walk down the aisle in a perfect wedding, and to be given away by her father. The problem is, she doesn’t know who her father actually is. And neither does her flower-child mother, Donna, who happened to have 3 romantic affairs that fateful summer when Sophie was conceived. Fortunately, Donna kept a journal of her romantic liaisons, and Sophie uses the historical trail to track down her three possible fathers — much to the hilarious dismay of her mother. Mamma Mia! a funny musical deftly set to the music of 70’s Swedish pop group ABBA.
