In order to save his family’s struggling shoe factory business, Charlie Price takes on a drastic change in production line by enlisting the help of Drag Queen, Lola. Seeing the market for a sturdy pair of stilettos that will take the weight of a man for Lola and her “angels,” Charlie begins making changes to the shoe factory, which his workers initially don’t take kindly to. With a book by Harvey Fierstein, and songs by Cyndi Lauper, Kinky Boots is a musical that’s full of high-heeled, fabulous fun!
