Fabulous drag queens flock to Chicago this summer! Kinky Boots, the dazzling musical that won six Tony Award including Best Musical in 2012, returns to the Windy City for a three-week engagement at the Cadillac Palace Theatre. Opening on July 7, 2015, Kinky Boots plays Chicago until July 26, 2015.

When his father dies, the family’s shoe business becomes Charlie Price’s responsibility. In the business of producing gentlemen’s shoes, Price & Sons faces difficult times and Charlie struggles to keep the company afloat. Help comes from the unlikely person – a drag performer named Lola who is looking for sturdy stilettos. With Lola’s help, Charlie is able to steer his business around and the shoes from its Northampton factory go on to conquer Milan’s glamorous catwalks. Based on real events, Kinky Boots is a joyous celebration of friendships and features a Tony Award winning score and choreography by Cyndi Lauper and Jerry Mitchell, respectively.

Get ready to be swept away as Kinky Boots plays the Cadillac Palace Theatre on weeknights at 7:30 PM from Tuesdays through Fridays, with special Wednesday matinee performances at 2 PM on July 15 and 22. The regular weekend performances are at 2 PM and 8 PM on Saturdays and at 2 PM on Sundays, with an additional evening performance at 7:30 PM on July 12 (Sunday). With an intermission, the runtime of Kinky Boots is 140 minutes.
