Cabaret Miami | Adrienne Arsht Center

This April, leave your troubles behind and enter the decadent world of Cabaret. As part of the Roundabout Theatre Company’s celebration of its 50th Anniversary Season, Cabaret joins Broadway in Miami’s stellar line up of shows for its 2015/2016 season. Opening on April 12, 2016, Cabaret has a limited engagement at the Ziff Opera House at The Adrienne Arsht Center until April 17, 2016.

Cabaret, the Tony-winning Broadway musical based Christopher Isherwood’s novelette and John Van Druten’s play, takes its audience to the infamously decadent Kit Kat Club in Germany just before the outbreak of World War II. Set during the rise to power of the Nazi Party, Cabaret tells the tale of an aspiring young writer named Cliff Bradshaw who travels to Berlin searching for inspiration when he meets Sally Bowles, an English performer at the Kit Kat Club. Cabaret features John Kander and Fred Ebb’s well-loved musical score that include songs like “Cabaret,” “Maybe This Time,” and “Willkommen.”

Don’t miss Cabaret as it plays The Adrienne Arsht Center’s Ziff Opera House on April 12 to 15 (Tuesday to Friday) at 8 PM, on April 16 (Saturday) at 2 PM and 8 PM, and on April 17 (Sunday) at 1 PM and 7 PM. With one intermission, the running time of Cabaret is 2 hours and 30 minutes,
