A beautiful tale that is as old as time comes alive once again in Tampa as Beauty and the Beast joins The Straz Center for the Performing Arts’ fantastic 2015-2016 Broadway Series. Opening on May 5, 2015, Beauty and the Beast takes the spotlight at the Carol Monsani Hall at The Straz Center until May 10.
In Beauty and the Beast, one of Disney’s most popular animated films comes to magnificently stunning life on the theater stage. Telling the beloved classic fairy tale about a simple village beauty and a cursed prince, Beauty and the Beast features enchanting characters, lavish costumes, fantastic stage sets, well-loved musical score, and awe-inspiring production numbers that are sure to blow its Tampa audience away. Join Belle, the Beast, and the rest of the show’s delightful characters as they welcome you as their guest to the delightful world of Beauty and the Beast.
Be enchanted with the spectacular Beauty and the Beast shows at the Carol Monsani Hall on May 5 to 7 (Tuesday to Thursday) at 7:30 PM, on May 8 (Friday) at 8 PM, on May 9 (Saturday) at 2 PM and 8 PM, and on May 10 (Sunday) at 2 PM and 7:30 PM. Every Beauty and the Beast performance runs for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
