Anything Goes Columbus | Ohio Theatre

Anything Goes Columbus | Ohio Theatre

Columbus, join the raucous mayhem and behold the blossoming love affairs aboard the S.S. American! Anything Goes, the classic musical theater show by Cole Porter, is the pre-Valentine offering of the 2014-season of PNC Broadway in Columbus. Opening on February 3, 2015, Anything Goes has a week-long engagement at the Ohio Theatre until February 3, 2014.

Before the S.S. American sails out of the port of New York for London, an assortment of characters board the ship. Billy Crocker is a stowaway who steals into the ship to look for his love Hope Harcourt, who is with her wealthy fiancé Lord Oakleigh. Also aboard the ship is Reno Sweeney, an evangelist/night club singer hoping for love and Moonface Martin, the elaborately disguised and infamous Public Enemy #13. Anything Goes overflows with spectacular tap dancing numbers, happy endings, pure fun, and delightful songs like “Anything Goes,” “De-Lovely,” and “I Get a Kick Out o You.”

Join the tap dancing sailors and experience pure Broadway fun as Anything Goes plays the Ohio Theatre on weeknights at 7:30 PM on February 3 to 5 (Tuesday to Thursday) and at 8 PM on February 6 (Friday). The weekend performances are at 2 PM and 8 PM on February 7 (Saturday) and at 1 PM and 6:30 PM on February 8 (Sunday). The performance time of Anything Goes is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
