Annie Chicago | Cadillac Palace Theatre

Annie Chicago | Cadillac Palace Theatre

The iconic little orphan from New York is coming to Chicago this fall! Annie, the delightful Broadway production that has been hailed by the Chicago Tribune as one of the beloved and best family musicals to have ever been penned, joins the 2014-2015 season of Broadway in Chicago. Opening on November 18, 2014, Annie will brighten up the Cadillac Palace Theatre with her brimming optimism until November 30, 2014.

Directed by its original director and lyricist Martin Charnin, this new production of Annie breathes new life to the iconic tale of a little orphan girl with freckles and red curls. Armed with boundless optimism and innocence, Annie‘s unforgettable journey takes her from the orphanage to the harsh New York streets before finding a home and family with Daddy Warbucks. With score and book by Tony winners Martin Charnin, Chares Strouse, and Thomas Meehan, Annie features charming songs like “Easy Street,” “Tomorrow,” “It’s the Hard Knock Life,” and “I Don’t Need Anything But You.”

Enjoy funny and heart warming nights as Annie runs at the Cadillac Palace Theatre from Tuesday to Sundays nights (except on November 27 and 30). The weekend matinees every Saturday and Sunday are at 1 PM, with additional 1PM matinee shows on November 26 and 28 (Wednesday and Friday). With a 15-minute intermission, the performance time of Annie is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
